How do I place an order?

         Contact us to discuss your requirements or arrange your free consultation

 Choose your stationery from a range designed just for you

 Approve the final design sample

What happens next?

Once you have chosen your design, you will need to provide the designer with the final wording for the stationery. A final proof sample will be made and must be checked over in full by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling mistakes, grammatical errors etc within the text. On returning the proof you are required to pay a 25% deposit to secure your order.

How long does it take?

After the initial consultation expect to receive your designs within two to three weeks. On your approval of the final proof sample and placing your deposit, your wedding stationery order will be completed approximately 8 to 10 weeks before the wedding date. It is recommended to arrange a consultation at least 9 months before your wedding. Rachel’s tip: Send out your invitations at least 6 weeks before the wedding date. Including RSVP cards with your invites will ensure a quick and easy response from guests.

What if I require my wedding stationery order quickly?

Signature Wedding Specialists will endeavour to provide you with your order as quickly as possible. However times may vary depending on the complexity of the design. If available on your chosen design, an express service is available at additional cost. Please contact to discuss.

Can I order directly from the website? Enquiries are welcomed via email but unfortunately there is no direct online ordering service available at present.
